How it works from start to finish

STEP 1 - Your Order

When your order is received, a Questionnaire will be mailed to you. If you do not receive a Questionnaire within 7 business days Please Contact Us.

Simply fill it out and return it with a photograph of you (or desired portraitee/sitter) in the return envelope at no cost to you.

Once we receive the Questionnaire and photograph you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.

The Questionnaire and photograph are essential for the Artist to fully personalize the portrait.

STEP 2 - Your Portrait

Based on the information gathered from the completed Questionnaire, the Artist will then start creating your personalized portrait.

Depending on the product purchased completion time may vary. Usually the completed product will be sent by one week after the Questionnaire has been received.

STEP 3 - Your Delivery

The completed portrait and photograph you supplied will then be sent to the shipping address you provided.

You will be notified by email on the date your portrait was shipped.

Your portrait will arrive within 5-7 business days of this date. And that is how it works.

How it Works for Digital Image Purchases:

Step 1 - Your Order

Once your payment is received for a Digital Image, an email will be sent to the address that you have provided. Please be sure that there are no typos in the email address you have provided. Anime-Me is not responsible for lost or misdirected email.

Attached to the email will be the Questionnaire that you will need to fill out in order to customize your Anime Portrait.

Step 2 - Your Protrait

Send the completed Questionnaire and a photo of the sitter who will be portrayed in the portrait attached to an email. Subject of the email must include your order number. Keep in mind that the final product will be in JPEG format unless you state otherwise. (Other formats that can be requested are - Photoshop PSD, PDD, PDF; BMP; CompuServe Gif; PCX; PICT File; Pixar; PNG; Raw; Scitex; Targa; or TIFF)

Reply to the email that Anime-Me sent with the Questionnaire or send an email to custom_portraits@anime-me-portraits.com (If you do not receive a confirmation email that we have received your Questionnaire within 2 business days Contact Us .)

Based on the information gathered from the completed Questionnaire, the Artist will then start creating your personalized portrait.

Step 3 - Finish Portrait

You will be notified the date your portrait is completed, usually within 7 business days from receivement of completed Questionnaire. The completed portrait will be sent attached to an email to the address you provided. It will be 725 x 1000 pixels in JPEG Format. The subject line will be 'Your Portrait is Finished!' If you are unable to view JPEG format, please provide a format that your system is able to view with the emailed completed Questionnaire.
